Politics

A high-level delegation of ministers and technical experts from the Southern African Development Community (SADC) has arrived in Harare ahead of a three-day regional infrastructure and trade summit.
The conference will focus on accelerating the modernization of regional transport corridors, improving border post efficiency, and expanding interconnected power grids to support industrialization across member states. Zimbabwe is expected to showcase its recent highway rehabilitation projects as a model for regional logistics enhancement.
Diplomatic sources indicate that bilateral agreements on one-stop border post implementation will be signed on the sidelines of the main plenaries.
